K boys back to growing. The ez cloner. Im not sure yet. I wont have it until the begining of next week. Im going to do a 5 run. So if it does suck i didnt kill 30 clones in one go. right now im flowering under a 1000watt MH...has anyone used a MH to flower before? and if so did u notice that u get more trics/resin with a MH..i cant tell do to this being the 1st time growing out these strains, but they got lots of trics..any input on this

Generally what size harvest can be acquired from 1 1000w HPS in a room 8'Lx7'Wx9'H?
I'm thinking Mr. nice guys Black Widow, Arjans Ultra Haze #1, and one of subcools purps.
I love a super strong uplifting sativa during the day. something mellow at night. Purp just because.
Give me some strain advice.
Maybe OGK instead of BW???

Flowering under MH light is fine but you will not get the results of useing HPS lighting. It is on the other side of the flowering light spectrum. MH light has an abundance of blue and very little red. Your HPS light mimics the sun in late harvest. Also called the harvest sun...lol. I am running 3000w of HPS lighing and i also have buds that you cant put your hand around. I bit the bullet and got 3 of the liquid cooled lights. Its well worth the money. I vent my room with 1 4" exost fan and it spikes at 83 degrees. I just got a ez clone machine and the first batch of 5 went in on thursday. No roots yet. My first batch of super lemon haze will be done in about 2 more weeks. They are fucking huge. I have some new strains coming ak 48 and white widow. It will be a few months before there clones will go in but im exited.

I got some of those HPS to MH conversion bulbs them fuckers burn hot man. Haveing some heating problems now i even added a 9000 btu ac unit and it barly keeps up.

You run about 1000% more chance of getting caught using an HPS. You can be seen on FLIR (Forward Looking Infrared Radar) and your power company is going to be suspicious. Especially if you have lived there for a while and all the sudden you're pulling a couple thousand extra watts per hour off the grid.
CFL's are more beneficial than you realize I'm afraid...

I had 3 1000w lights going. that was just too much to cool. Now i have 1 1000w light with a 6 foot light rail. Works way better. I can keep my light just a few inchest from the tops of my plants. Its not over the tops long enough to burn them.

Im reppen dat 1000watter switchable Sun System with air cooled 4in duct and my temps dont exceed 76 with lights on. Oh... and a 6500 btu window unit

today im running one 1000 watt hortilux super hps with a daystar ac with 6"ducting and 675 cfm 8"max fan extra sun switchable ballast over 8 plants but tomorrow ill be x2 so thats 2000watts that ought to finish these ladys nicely
