let me make an example, let's say I buy a car (new) and 6 months later I sell you this car (no warranty or guarantees) and 3 miles down the road it takes a shit on you, are you going to complain to the maker of the car???? No, you're gonna go to the person who sold you that car. am I right?
Your wrong if you bought a NEW car with a warranty it is transfered over to the NEW owner so you have to deal with the manufacture!
That's because them 2 were full of shitLol, This has basicly turned into the "big up the tude" thread, although to be honest I have only heard good things.
Dude u must b very unlucky, I've had excelent results w/ the Tude!i ordered from the attitude, $500.00 worth of seeds and they sent me some bad seeds. do not order from the attitude. they are scam artist! the seeds were mushy, sickly and smelled horrible. dont let them get you like they got me!
Well I guess there are a lot of ignorant people, But me if I were to buy a USED 6 month old car,,,,Not cheap, or stolen,,There would be the manufacters warranty involved, If not you take your chances. But like I said there are a lot of ignorance todayThat is very close to being correct. If someone purchases a USED car that still has remaining factory warranty and or purchases an extended service contract then the customer has every right to come back to the dealership and the dealership then either repairs the vehicle for the factory and is then paid for the repairs by the factory or they repair the vehicle and then are paid by the company whose extended service contract covered the vehicle.
If no coverage exists and the customer purchased the vehicle knowing that there was no coverage of any kind the responsibility for any and all repairs are that of the vehicles owner, the customer, and not the dealership or used car lot.
thats true the same as if a fault on a car e.g the air bag goes off on X amount of cars because the door is shut to hard the factory has to call all the models that use that air bag system no matter who bought the car even if its been sold 30x down the road. happend to me with a 7 year old BMW not the air bag it was somthing else i cant remmber what it was now it wa a long time ago and thought nothing of it and just let it go after all the car was fine 7 years old and the BMW sales were 100s of miles away. That is very close to being correct.
