The Bakery - OG Everything perpetual

Hey rollies, Flips the name and you alreadyyyy know the game. And if you do I'm sure you're learning . This is my grow journal there will be pics to come but for not I'm just going to copy and paste how the past couple of weeks have gone from my log then we can go from there.

This first post is going to change over time as the grow progresses and you can track everything from the first post. I will try to link you guys to other projects and DIY I have going on also.

I would let you guys know a little about me but all you really need to know is I run off love. So lets get down to business

The Bakery - 5x10 Secret Jardin 300W
The Oven - 4x8 Custom built room.


Specs
Heres the breakdown.

Growing Medium: Still undecided
Growing Pots: 5 Gallon SmartPots
Nutrients: The Entire GO Line (BioThrive Veg & Bloom), BioMarine, BioWeed, BioRoot, BioBud, Black Diamond, CalMag+) Hygrozyme Enzymatic Root Digester, Organic Wet Betty, Sledgehammer, Compost Tea from Vortex compost tea brewer, Budswell & EarthJuice Grand Finale Sugar peak.
System: Drip Irrigation with a waste runoff. During Veg I feed as needed. During flowering I plan on feeding once a week followed by a little less than generous watering 2-3 days after depending on dryness of soil.


Equipment
Bakery Lighting- 2x 600 watt GeneralElectric HPS Lucalox
Oven Lighting: 125 Watt Compact Fluorescent. 1 2Lamp 2ft T5 for clones, 1 4lamp 2 ft T5

I'll be running Fire OG, Pre 98 Bubba, Skywalker OG, Raskal OG, Larry OG, Tahoe OG, Alien OG, I'm going to dabble in the planetary OG's too. Basically running OG everything lol I'll dabble into some exotic strains here and there but for now thats what it is.

Hell yea man I cant wait to see.. I got some Tahoe Og going right now, it will start bloom on the 31st. I had fire og, was not happy with what I had. Skywalker Og is nice as always. You should check out LA OG as well, one of my new Favs. Got her going in the 6th week.

Sounds good I got half running now (larry og,pre 98 bubba,tahoe og)and waiting for my new beans to get here(fire og,double barrel og,lemOn Larry og. I ran Tahoe before and Larry I just love those og's.
I also got bubba x sfv og running..

Haven't had LA OG yet i'll look for it. Maaaaaan fire og is the shit! that shit taste like brand new pussy. Did you get your Fire from clone?

Nice. I love pre 98 and larry haven't tried lemon i've had purple larry though. Whats the cross of that double barrel? I'll have to check you out

Lemon Larry og us a cross from the late elite genetics=Larry og x sour diesel ibl and I think Larry again.

Yea I got my fire from a clone, though it seemed sickly from the get go.. My favs so far have been Bubba Kush, Bently OG, LA OG & Hopefully this Tahoe OG which ill put in bloom soon.

I figured it had some type of dour or chem to give that lemony taste that sounds tasty!

Yeah man I've gotten all kinds of sickly clones from certain places and clubs but so far all the oaksterdam clones i get are A1.

I'm looking for a really good OG Kush but theirs sell out fast and aren't down here as much as they are in Oakland. Here are some other strains i will be running in the future...

Reserve Pravada OG, Humboldt OG Kush, Blackberry Bubba Kush, King Louie VIII, SFV OG, SoCal Master, and OG Kush x Purple Kush

Hey Rollies,

Today I'm cleaning The Oven and still fixing the tent up. I solved my portable a/c problem and i'm now able to run it outside of the tent. I still need to get a 6" flange and drill it into the wall to put the exhaust. I need to buy one more booster fan to use as an intake. The tray is coming today and I'm going to have to find a decent waste res. if I'm using around 50 gals I'm expecting 20-30 gals run off. I was thinking about getting another water pump and putting that in the waste and pumping the water out so I dont have to worry about it over filling then just dump the remainder and clean weekly.

Everything else is pretty much done. I just have to have an electrician come and check out the breakers to see if it can handle the load *crosses fingers* I think it'll be fine though.

Hey Rollies just thought I'd update the journal before I go to bed. Today I got some work done and made some progression. Tomorrow I'll have to run around looking for a tray & other equipment. I'm fixing the veg room aka the oven up, today I cleaned it and took all the prior equipment and power cords out besides the inline fan. I took the oscillating fan out and put it in the tent.

I was discussing the ducting earlier with a couple members in hellrazers thread about the inline boosters and I tested it and my conclusion was.

That with just the inline fan i think it would be suffiient enough to cool the hoods. But the 2nd hoods draft obviously was't as strong as the 1st so I tested the output out the tent and in both hoods and with the added boost the 2nd hood to the touch felt the same as the hood nearest to the inline so it worked pretty good (strictly wind here not heat) I'll test tomorrow with the lights and get the temp and get that situated

so i think i'm going to put the booster in there for reassurance and use the other as an intake fan. So salute to you guys for saving me 27 dollars lol.

As for the whole ventilation. I have the carbon filter outside the tent with an inline mounted on top with the ducting pulling the rooms air into the filter....

My question is will this be enough to pull the air out of the room? I promise you guys pics are tomorrow. All these words and no pics makes ME mad and its my journal lol so don't trip. The plans for tomorrow are to get the tray, put up the water filter and get the prper 1/4" tubing and another water pump.

I'm going to be making the shelving for the veg room and getting t5's tomorow. Today I broke my CFL so i'm getting some sinlgle t5's and lining the corner and getting a cheapie cfl for the moms or getting a t5 for them.


Week 0 is almost done

Man...HECTIC!!! I just got a shit load of equipmen, c02, LED lights, and other stuff today burning a hole in my pocket but it's an expensive hobby. I'm tired as hell but I need to get to work. Right now I'm going to clean the wooden shelving unit and put it in the oven.

As far as the bakery (tent) goes I just need to put the clamps on some stuff and figure out the temp today and I'm going to chase my electrical wires around and figure out how much of a load my room can hold. scratch that I just looked and it says 100A max load so I need to chase the outlets. On saturday I have an electrician coming over to finalize everything and hopefully tell me it can handle it.

So after the oven is done I'm going to put the lights on and manage the temp. I have everything I need right now except soil , tray which I'm going to pick up in about an hour.

Sorry about no pics last night like I said shit has been hectic. I haven't even slept yet except for the ride up here to Studio City. One hour lol. I spent the whole night cleaning a tray I got from craigslist. Annd when I say cleaning I mean CLEANING! I cleaned that shit 3 times to make sure I got every nook and cranny. I must say I'm proud of myself I didn't even hesitate to clean it so there are no before pics but it looked a mess. It looks almost new now so thats cool.

Like I said I'm in studio city right now getting the clones at a mcdonalds so I got to go pics when I get home.

Update 1: Week 1 - The Prep & Mixing that dough(or spendng it)


I sit alone in a 4 cornered room staring at candles. Oh that shits on? Whats up Rollies huge update on the way. I been busy as a mug today I got to sit back and watch the fights it was needed. Well things went good I didn't pick up my clones at mcdonalds lol I was eating at mcdonalds for my order to get to the nursery. Although that would be bad ass.

Today my electrician came with his 2 kids neutral but the good thing is he didn't as any questions but I bet he regretted it when he walked in and seen a big ass square tent lol but its all good. I asked him to set up a separate circuit and breaker for the washer and dryer. Other than that he gave us the ok.

Anyways heres the update

I still have abit of work to do but its just basic stuff and then getting the a/c to cool both rooms I got that attatchment today so i'll be drillng tomorrow and geting that ducting in there...


as of right now the temps in the oven are way tooo hot...89 low of 82 its crazy. Tomorrow i'm taking the inline down and washing the bugstopper thats on there but on monday we're going to set up a/c...I'm thinking about throwing it back in there...

Looking real good nice looking mom and nice strains in the oven. I'm gonna love seeing these babies ..

Thanks Dub B. The guy seemed like he wasn't ready for my order didn't have half of the stuff I pre-ordered a week and a half ago. So I'm gong back out there in 2 weeks to get some more.

I got more pics I'll wait till tomorrow to upload them. As far as the daily update today I didn't do jack shit except for watch UFC134, put the a/c in the oven for now, and take cuts of almost every thing I have except for the Platinum I'm using that as the control.

The plants seemed to have taken the nutes well last night have to wait about 3 more days exactly then i'm getttng them on a heavy regimen
