The Biker Thread.

I'll never forget racing a sports bike when I was in my Sierra cosworth on the motorway. We were taking it in turns to overtake eachother. It was big fun because I was in a car and not another bike. We were hitting 130mph (my car could do much more) before I pulled back and inevitably lost my license.

now you totally make me think you are sexy like the speeding babe in the stolen car on Super Troopers:clap::clap:

The Keys sounds like a rad trip and is on my bucket list soon as I get back east.....this valkyrie is begging me to do a 2up coast to coast though......your ass is made of iron good sir.
Yeah, it took some getting used to. Starting out my ass would hurt after an hour, but by the end of the trip my ass and the seat came to some sort of agreement.
The worse part was my back, and shoulders. I need more pullback, and longer bars. I was leaning forward the whole time with ropes in my back that felt like they were going to snap.

I learned a great deal from that pain.
Before I ever go on any sort of a long ride I'll buy the longer clutch cable, break cable, throttle cable if need be, and extend all the wires I need to in order to change out
my bars. Also, gonna hide the wires inside the bar.
Need a louder radio too.
Cheap ass Shark Audio kit didn't cut it at anything over 45.

Started out on a YZ80 when I was around 9 years old and worked my way up through the CCs on dirt bike until I got my license.

Rode sport bike for around ten or so years and did a bit of stunt riding. Got into an accident and haven't ridden much since.

I would like to get a custom chopper sometime in the future, it'll be a few years yet though.

Tav you ever consider a windshield or cafe style fairing? Reason I ask is once you stretch back a little it might put a lot of pressure on yer tailbone/lower back area.

lahada I must admit to being jealous of the bike culture in Spain....Jerez is my favorite track, thought I would catch a GP here in Laguna but they took it off the schelule:( I love motards but not a fan of loud bikes, on that Sporty I pic'd earlier I used to weep for my neighbors as I rode past at 5am singing through shorty drag pipes....the trapps made it sound like a Jetson's mobile lol improved the throttle response too.

420God I have always wanted to see the custom chopper crowd shove Busa motors in their creations....whadaya think?

not sure but I think they were not stock
Dude I've got neighbors who are into modding out go-peds.....this dude has what looks like a normal go-ped, the offroad twostroke one....speed limit here is 25 so he just chills, rides all cool but out at the airport he will let that thing siiiiiiiing, my estimation is 50mph easy.....his brother has this trick one its a custom with a bmx front end....custom board platform with a big ass go-kart briggs on the back...centrifugal clutch chained to what looks like a minibike wheel.......my gf says "tweekers" but I think they're rad.
