By the way, how many prescriptions have you written in your time doc? Anyone every overdose and die on something you prescribed. I wonder if I researched if I'm related to or have loved any of them.

I suggest you start learning about the plant as much as the laws. Your a doctor, not a lawyer. Start giving precise advise based on plant science and stop giving legal advise. Tell people what strains help what ailments? Help with extracts and edibles and helping chart the effect of specific compound.

I have been studying this for years. I'm not a doctor. Have you even bothered even trying. I doubt it. Maybe one day we can get to together. I'll smoke a joint for everyone I've suggested to anyone and you eat an oxycotin for everyone you prescribed to anyone. Problem solved in under a few minutes.

As for your question about homebound patients just 'mailing it in' we do housecalls on those folks. In an extreme, and I mean extreme circumstance, I MIGHT consider a skype on a patient like that, but I would document the living heck out of it and the patient better be an existing patient with an overwhelming need to do it, good enough Bill Schuette would approve it. But to do it on any sort of a regular basis, that is clearly outside of the rules. There are folks doing skype clinics routinely WITH PROCTOR that have been on this forum. Their excuse? Traverse City is SOOOOO REMOTE that NO OTHER DOCTORS are available. BS. They are all over the place in TC. And they will see patients in person.

I still don't understand how this "bonafide doctor patient relationship" this clown lobbied into law could have ever benefited anyone other than himself, his business model and the lawyers he paid to make it happen

As a caregiver, if we only accepted patients whom receive certs from him (as suggested) and LARA provides us their associated caregiver licence for the next two years. How would/could we know our patients are fulfilling the rest of the hoops he deems necessary in this scheme, like six month checkups? Once they miss one of these hoops we're both criminals (as suggested), but the pot doc and LARA have no responsibility to notify us our protections under the law have been rendered null and void
