lol that(white no window thing) car looks like the cars in the 90s movie demolition man, terrible.

Nice z/28 never see them in that nice of shape around here. I always liked the trans-ams better tho......... fuck im white trash
2nd gen? eww! 1st gen is where its at!

I think they are equal imo ...because 1st gen are made stronger(more steel) but i absolutly love the styling of the 1970-73. Oh and yes...I like the 1967-69 firebirds better than the 74+t/a s

there should be a vote, 1st gen or 2nd gen. put a pic of both next to eachother and have a vote....not sure how to make a voting contest though.

yeah, it would be a tough choice for sure.. you know i love my imports / exotics, but i'd also love to have a really nice street rod for sure..

fuck it, i'll take both.. :D
LOL!

idk im not really about "cruising" i like to drive fast. so something like those old school custom cars just aint my thing. if i had a older car it wouldnt be driven slow for sure ;)

yupper, imvho, auction places like barret jackson have really killed the classic car market place.. i bought my 67 camaro in about 88 or so for $1200 .. mind you, it was a rust bucket and really needed work, but for that price i loved it..
try and find a 67 camaro, even in that shape, for under say $8k or so today and you'd be pretty lucky.. and forget about a car that's in incredible shape, survivor or restored.. you're not touching pretty much anything for under $20k ime..

i love cars, and am glad to see more people enjoying them, but it's a sin when kids like i was can't afford to get a piece of history unless they're coming from money or are willing to sell an arm or a leg, or both, lol, in order to get a cool old ride...

i've seen some pretty average iron go across the block on that show go for over $50k or so, so now everyone else who owns a similar car thinks to themselves that their car is now also worth $50k...
