we had a bit of a miscommunication or confusion talking about drivers.Never heard anything like that before. Im not an electrician but my meanwell drivers seem to run almost exactly the same on 110 or 220. The way i interpreted the data sheet is that it will supply whatever you set the pot to and what the Board will pull. Apparently, the QB288 Lm301b pulls slighly lower wattage than the Lm516c and Inputting 220v vs 110v only effects the efficiency of the driver. Thats my interpretation though, im no expert.
It comes down to the driver ability. In the case of that 320h-C1400, it is one of the only HLG drivers that will push a 220v output with a 110v input and give enough current to push 2 304 boards well. It pulls 3.5a @115v to provide 1400ma at 230v
