Troll or not a troll?
Troll or not, it's a heck of a non sequitur. He starts by denying the proven reality of medical benefit, and ends with the unproven position that it's a poison.

The bit at the end is reminiscent of Saudi Arabia, a country so many Americans want to emulate.

Yes, but the Mexicans who used it called it marijuana, and Anslinger and the other pricks who pushed the prohibition through Congress called it marijuana because most citizens did not know that term. The Congress members who voted for it said afterward that they did not know they were criminalizing hemp because of that term marijuana.

The real crime is that the law has not been fixed for 80 fucking years!

George Washington grew hemp

I've always heard that America's founding fathers enjoyed marijuana. And that Richard Nixon pushed for it to be categorized (demonized) as bad as heroin.
Benjamin Franklin smoked hemp, but mostly it was grown for fiber. The Constitution was written on hemp paper.
Nixon was an ass.
