Water is the most important, and here in the US most cities fluoridate their water supplies. Water fluoridation is a technique the Nazis developed to keep internment campers nice and calm. Its worth looking into if you haven't heard of it.

Now that summer is here and cycling season is upon us I am 90% on the bike and 5% working out and 5% fucking off. I have been a terror on the bike this year

Nah Urca, joining gyms are a waste of money imo. I don't get why people want to pay $ to run on a treadmill when they could run around their town for free. Push ups, sit ups, all the standard stuff, all free! You can get in perfectly good shape without using any weights at all, ever. I used to run around and use what was around me, jungle gyms on playgrounds, big rocks I'd find, pull ups from random tree branches, that kind of stuff, worked out great.

If you're overweight, what you eat is going to be the most important factor when losing it. Add more fruits and vegetables, white meats like chicken or turkey, fish, whole grains, and less empty calories like chips, soft drinks, white bread or other processed foods, the more it's been processed, the worse it is for your body. Also, the closest it is to it's natural state, the better it is for your body. Only drink water, it improves metabolism and helps with digestion.

I've been hearing Joe Rogan endorse Shroom Tech Sport as a supplement to increase energy during the workout, I'm going to read some reviews and do a little more research before I buy anything like that, but it does have a money back guarantee for the first bottle, so that's cool.

As for today, second day of week 3 and I feel like I had a massive increase in stamina/endurance compared to the previous couple weeks!

holy shit ba nice job. what are you cyclin for? an fuck it jon atleast you get out and do it at some point in the year! i cheated my ass off yesterday i ate like 5 cookies. 3 of em were peanut butter cookies tho and they all had kill in em so i coulnt really resist. haha i know todays gonna suck runnin a continuous mile then back/shoulders.
I always blaze before I work out too, sometimes you just get lost in the music and forget about being tired.

Damn BA142, your posts are making me want to buy a bike and get to riding!

Well I tore my ACL and MCL when I was a kid. I also have Osgood Slaughter's in my knees so running is very painful for me. I took prednisone for years to "treat" my Pancolitis and it took a toll on the cartilage in my knees. Last year I completely tore the 3 major interior ligaments in my ankle....I was out of commission for a solid 6 months.

My body is fucked up! But I LOVE getting a good workout. Riding a bike is much easier on my knees/ankle, and honestly I just love everything about cycling. It's great rehab and there are a lot of really cool trails here in the NW. I just vape a bowl or two, throw in the Ipod and go! It's the best therapy.

I've only been doing this since January 1st. My endurance has drastically increased...In January, 10 miles would wear me out. Now I can ride almost 40 miles without getting tired. And i'm not just goofing around, i'm averaging about 15 mph on each of my rides. Anybody can do it! It's a lot of fun.

Fuck yeah man. I'll occasionally go off road and do some biking. Tons of awesome trails here in the foothills of the Cascades!!

Cycling is a great workout and it's much more entertaining than running IMO :dunce: easier on the joints too!

Today I went to the track at the high school near me and ran 5 miles to top off my week, ive done 3-3.5 miles every day for the last 6

diet changes I've made are cutting out: fat, saturated fat, all artificial sweeteners, soda and any drink high in sugar, high fructose corn syrup, empty carbs, dairy

I have been living on fruits vegetables lean meats yogurt beans kashi grains and the like. I have been doing this for about 2 weeks now and I can already notice a difference in my abdominal region, some of the gut is gone and I'm getting flat again I'm almost ready to start a strong abdominal regiment

possible pictures to come?

damn that sucks dude, but atleast you're out there workin it to make it stronger. i might put a bike ride or two in my routine cause i got a bad knee too an lord knows all those years of skateboardin didnt help with that or my ankles.

well todays workout goes

mile run at a lower pace so i didnt stop as much then 200 yards of a fast pace backwards run and on the mile walk back joggin off an on along with a total of 40 jumpin squats with a sprint for the last 100 yards. then it was time to go inside and do a little back

4 sets non-stop of as many wide grip pullups for 4 sets/ 4 sets of 12-12-10-10 increasin weight bar rows/12 rep shoulder shrugs
next 4 sets go angled cable rows atleast 10-12 heavy weight/15 rep shoulder shrugs

i think ima do some shoulders an maybe a little chest tomorrow.

I have found that if I get stoned before I ride its hard to keep up the intensity that most of my friends ride at. If I do get high I have to ride wth slower friends then I grove out smile and look around

i've been getting a little bit of pudge in the stomach after going on vacation and not working out. but even before simple exercises like pull ups and chin ups (back, biceps) still worked really well to tone the abs.

i don't run though, heavy core exercise is enough to get a good amount of cardio, plus you build strength in the process without fucking up your joints.

thats my only real issue with runnin is its fuckin my legs up slowly but i really like what its doin to my legs and endurance. you can do your abs with pretty much every exercise just by keepin your form right.
