"Who is to blame?" ... ultimately, we are. We've been voting in these poor excuses for leaders for the past 100 years. So, I could reasonably say it is Wilson's fault and every one after that who did nothing to stem the flow.

I remember Nikita Khruschev saying, "we will bury you, not from invasion but from within".
