Thanks for the help, but what is r/owater? Might be a dumb question, but I don't know!!! LOL. Sounds good though, and this system really sounds pretty easy to keep everything in check, just check ph before you water or feed, and the perlite keeps everything the same in the pot!! Wonderful! Thanks so much!!i recomend using r/owater an any ive used has been at 6.5 an depending on your nutes it will lower or rasie the ph....so check the solution with the nutes in it with out phing the water first....see what it is then ph from there....this will give you an idea of where the ph will be at....also if just watering yes ph down to 6...peace az
R/O Water is Reverse Osmosis Water, alot of people say they can get it at their local walmart, but I've never seen it at any of the ones I've been too. I use distilled water, slightly different, but basically the same stuff. Thanks for the help, but what is r/owater? Might be a dumb question, but I don't know!!! LOL. PH is like santa and the tooth fairy no such thing.
And buddha, karma, jahova, mohammed, ghandi, direct tv, and the kwanzas bot, I'M A TRUE BELIEVER!!!!PH is a myth if i cant see it , it doesnt exist. I fill up my water bottles set them on the counter and right after i water i fill them up again. PH is like santa and the tooth fairy no such thing.
and how many ppm should we be looking for? What do I need to get to test my tap water for ppm? I have ph tester, but unsure about the ppm. Thanks!
I'm in veg and im going to change my nutes to a different brand today. Should i give the plants a flush before i use the new nutes or just feed as normal? They are pretty much the same npk except a bit higher in nitrogen.
you want your water to start at 0 ideally that is why you should use r/o or distilledand how many ppm should we be looking for?
ph is all too real my friend ask any hydro grower that has gotten it wrongPH is a myth if i cant see it , it doesnt exist. I fill up my water bottles set them on the counter and right after i water i fill them up again. PH is like santa and the tooth fairy no such thing.
lol they make ppm meter, most hydro growers have them, it would probably be cheaper to buy the r/o water a good meter can cost 200 and if your ppm is too high in your tap water you will have to buy the r/o water anywayWhat do I need to get to test my tap water for ppm? I have ph tester, but unsure about the ppm. Thanks!
