Just after noticing stem rot in at least 3 of my colas, at this point in time i would rather a firm kick in the gonads than have to see this shit. Proper fuckin gutted so i am. I sprayed a bit of anti fungal on the points where its rotting but i wonder will this help kill or slow down the problem...The plant has at least 2 weeks on it before i would even dream of chopping it.
 
Hi jay, just a stupid question for you and the rest of the crew.
Why do you need nutrients, when in there natural inviroment, they will not get any nuts.
i am using nothing only water, i want to know what NL tastes like, because everything that you get here is either not dried properly or did not get flushed on its last few weeks.
So, my idea is to go natural for the whole grow and see what happens.

Us indoor growers need to add nutes as we are growing in pots, In the natrual enviroment the roots can search for the food they need, although we also feed outdoor ones too...

I guess the more nutes they eat the bigger the buds get ....

I think drying and curing correctly is the most important part if you are after taste... Although a good flushing for 2 weeks is needed too..

Pic 1 might be a Male.
Pic 5 is defo a Male...
Pic 6,7 & 8 are female.. prob same plant...?

Bit too early I think mate. How long did they veg for? more importantly how long have they been in 12/12?

Real healthy plants - get them in 12/12 flower for another 2 weeks or so and you should see the little white pistels for females at the internodes. If allyour other factors are dialled in properly it will happen quicker. Temp and humidity are a bugger to maintain here!
 
Hi jingle, its hard to say bro but you might be alright, they look like pistols to me , but i am no expert.
I say female and hope i am right.
I can not see any pollen sacks there, just seems to be pistols.

Well gentlemen if you are right which i hope you are, the biggy is female so happy days. Pic 5 and 7 are the same plant, so i am hoping that all 3 might be female.

Togo, I grew them from seed out my back, Just popped them the seds in pots and forgot about for about 2 months give or take a week. They have been on 12/12 for about 8 days. there has been a massive differance in size over the last 2 days.

Do yous think i should have them so close togeather under the light spread them out a bit.

Thanks lads, yous really are a great source of help, novices or not.

and Jay I have to agree, amazing boobs....lol

This site is brill, not only do i grow and learn with growers from Ireland but the amount of knowledge on the site is just the best..
My input is just my own opinion, it my be based on something I read off here mashed one night or my own individal judgement... By no way should it be taken seriously when advice is given from me...

Oh and my boobs.. Yeah.. I nearly look at them as i do my own plants....

If there is not we should try and start one, or am i stoned, tell me what u think guys.
We could get all the seed companies and hydro shops to pay for stands and have a few cups up for best of this and that.
We could even make a few bob doing it and get some great contacts.
Have hash cooking comps, medical amrijauna for people with serious problems, let them come and try it.
I hope i do not sound like a dickhead, cause im not but what do you guys think.
 
Hi guys, the lowest i can get my humidity down too is 60%, am i in trouble or what, answers on a postcard please, lol.
My temp isalways around 80f or 26C.

I know when I lived in Wales we had The Blue grass fesitval.. That was just diffrent bands and acts, good criac..
Although I don't think the best hash cake award will go down too well with the law..
