Buyouts are not inevitable, if you read the OP instead of skimming it you wouldn't have made an ignorant statement. The information is right there, READ.I offer another perspective. The buyouts are inevitable. But the families that work for these companies continue to make a living at them.
You suggest putting regular hard working people on the street with a blanket boycott of a corporate parent company.
Ever buy any Japanese electronics or cars? Supporting the Triad of Japanese overseers then.
How bout Chinese stuff? Support child slavery? Horrible business practices and conditions?

So, the second Deathstar wasn't completed (still under construction) there were millions of "innocent" workers building it, did the rebels give two fucks about a bunch of people aiding the Imperialists to build another weapon (the first destroyed Alderon, a peaceful planet hah)?
