Just do a google images street view of 27th and Randolph, Lincoln, NE, if possible. Those guys are up before 9 any day, including sunday. Many 'businessmen' post up in that area.

There're three smoke shops. Go north? from the sandwich shop and the first smoke shop. Look for a green door on one, orange door on the other.

I can't fucking navigate in street view! I can only look around from intersections.
