Ok why though? I live in the desert and there really isnt any dirt or compost around here just dried twigsSounds fine to me... The only thing I would recommend is to mix in a bit of the native dirt with your coco, potting soil and compost.
FYI, the bigger you can dig the hole the better ( I would dig it at least 3X the size of the container I was planting ).

I use the COGr cus thats what the guy at STG told me to use with the coco

I read that it was meant for the COGr slabs and its meant for more advanced growers (deffinitely not me as you can tell) Im ordering some coco a+b tonight!the answer you quoted was meant for rockstars question.
im not sure why the guy at STG would recommend cogr nutes for the regular bagged coco... you should ask him... maybe he knows something i dont or maybe he made a mistake?

EC:Great thread jberry! really useful knowledge. Just wondering what ec level u recommend lads? How often u increase it and what ec level you start with? Sorry if uve already said it, ive seen few pages but couldnt find the right answer.
