If you ever get a chance, try some Plaza Linda Mexican Restaurant in Carmel Valley. It is the best. One of my exes worked for Linda for a few years. I used to drive from Sapinas over there just to eat all the time.

Everybody loves tacos...especially in the summer when fresh tomatoes & jalapenos are just sitting on the vine...

Now nachos is something I really have 2 times a week...the #1 use for leftover chicken or burgers, nachos next day.
