So if i called you honkie, we'd throw down?

You see there is a difference in the way a word is used.......My mom told me when i was younger, "Its not what you say, its how the person you say it to percieves it"

Shit, call me honkie, mick, whatever you want.....an assholes opinion won't bring me down to their level.
And the asshole isn't directed toward anybody it was a retorical asshole.

Moon cricket? LOL sorry but i've never heard that. Sounds like a Zappa kid to me? Right next to moon unit

:peace:
No. But I feel that if i were to say nigger to a black man, I should be in the mood for an ass kicking. My own should be handed to me because i am out of line and deserve it. You just cant walk around saying mean things to people. Its impolite and hurts feelings.

I have no idea why it is moon cricket. I only put that down because I can find the humor in it, just like white bread. Nigger is such an ugly word with ugly connotations that it kinda bothers me to have to write.

See Cricket. Possibly derived from the "MC" often used after many black nicknames. Also a possible reference to the minoral aspect of the African race in the United States. A black person(cricket) in a sea of white(the moon).

Wow.. ok. Thanks.

Doesn't make much sense to me, I think whoever came up with that one was kinda reaching. Yoshi gets brown crickets, a.k.a. crix.

Just passing this along to those of you that I think are interested in this.I don't know each of your personal political convictions, but I thought it was important enough to share. This is Jeff's first hand view of Senator Obama visiting the troops in Afghanistan recently.Hello everyone, As you know I am not a very political person. I just wanted to pass along that Senator Obama came to Bagram Afghanistan for about an hour on his visit to "The War Zone". I wanted to share with you what happened. He got off the plane and got into a bullet proof vehicle, got to the area to meet with the Major General (2 Star) who is the commander here at Bagram. As the Soldiers where lined up to shake his hand he blew them off and didn't say a word as he went into the conference room to meet the General. As he finished, the vehicles took him to the ClamShell (pretty much a big top tent that military personnel can play basketball or work out in with weights) so he could take his publicity pictures playing basketball. He again shunned the opportunity to talk to Soldiers to thank them for their service. So really he was just here to make a showing for the American's back home that he is their candidate for President. I think that if you are going to make an effort to come all the way over here you would thank those that are providing the freedom that they are providing for you.I swear we got more thanks from the NBA Basketball Players or the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders than from one of the Senators, who wants to be the President of the United States. I just don't understand how anyone would want him to be our Commander-and-Chief. It was almost that he was scared to be around those that provide the freedom for him and our great country. If this is blunt and to the point I am sorry but I wanted you all to know what kind of caliber of person he really is. What you see in the news is all fake.

McCain is Guilty of just the same.... What's your point?
I do not know that Mc Cain would do something like this. Regardless of Mc Cains' actions, the Captain has a legitmate point of view regarding Obama, and I chose to post it for him.

That was reasonable, wasn't it?

Not at all unreasonable. Also, I personally don't take to the, "Well, they do it, too" idea. So what? Doesn't make it right.

I doubt that there is any right for everyone. I'm pretty sure no matter how hard someone tried, they'd still piss piss off some other people. There are just ornery people that can't be satisfied by anyone, plus everyone has some faults. No, you can't please everyone. Hopefully he (Obama) can make enough people like him to get a majority in November. Then we'll see what he can really do.

Hilarious how he hasn't done jack, especially most of the things he said he'd accomplish within 6 months of entering office.

Then again, not the first time a President hasn't followed through with his pre-election promises.
