The VO Grow #1

I'm thinking about trying some out when I run out of hydroton.. Because I don't reuse that root infused mess.. But they'd have to be dark and not clear.
 
Hells yeah! I reckon multi coloured would be cool. Or green black and yellow. The colours of the Jamaican flag lol...
 
Node growth is poppin, height is slow and steady. I got the right amount of lumens now.. in a couple weeks they'll really take off. Til then, gotta wait on those roots.. Remember video tomorrow.
 
My good looking seedling is doing awesome.. I saw a single root that's over two inches long from the bottom of the net pot, so it's even longer than that. It's no longer getting top feed.

My other one isn't showing signs of roots yet.. but that's okay, I'll give her a little water on the top once a day.

Week 2 Update.. This one's just me talking since the growth display is hardly noticeable at these stages.
 
Using frozen water bottles (24oz and 64oz) in my botanist tray outside of the rez, making an external water chiller. Works nicely, keeps my range perfectly in 60-70 without killing my organic bacteria.

Im just searching about for some dwc buckets with a scrog srceen attatched to the lid/bucket or some thing handy i dunno just looking before i decide.

This little seedling is a node behind in growth.. still showing signs that she's getting too much light. Going to move it up another inch.

Good news is, she's rooted! Now both of my seedlings will start taking off soon.
 
My good little seedling is doing awesome.. Very compact node growth. 'She' is loving the lux level. Some would say four and five.. but the third proper node is established and the fourth is pushing out.

As you can see.. my other little 'girl' is not responding well to my lux level. Behind almost a full node.. though 1/8 of an inch taller.

Aight VO going in to week 3 for me. I have been using your advice and you have hooked me up so my next problem is with the nutes. I will be changing out the water tmr night. I have 50% nute strength in week 2.

Problem is this I put 50% strength of seedling recommended dosage. But going into week 3 shouldn't I follow the Vegetative recommendations?

Seedling dosage per Oneness: 1ML/Gallon (I have 2.5 gallons of water so I put in 1.25 ish ML)
Vegetative dosage per Oneness: 3-5ML/Gallon

When I change out water how much would you recommend using per gallon? I don't want to burn them so I gotta ask the pro :)

She is starting to take off after adding the nutes you told me to last week so thx brotha!
 
Update pics.. they're both really compact. You can see the new node growth on my "bad" seedling is getting better.
