The growth was insane in veg. Everyday you open the tent something new. Are you doing a journal? There is a pdf file in this thread. Search pdf on this thread. Like page 3. That piece will help you so much.

Thanks. I've got that PDF from somewhere but I'm not sure if I got it from this thread or not. I definitely need to give it another look. I do have a journal going (linked here) ..One of the first things that I've learned from my experience so far is to start a journal stating my intention etc and then don't make another post for a week or two. Having not grown in over 20 years (and never grown an auto) ..I got 'documentation happy' and posted even when the progress was minimal. Going into the third week now so things are starting to take off.

Lol who cares! Sometimes I posted every day. I dont think its wrong to especially if i look back at this journal and grow this again. I could almost just go along daily.

You've definitely got a good point there. I guess I just worry about bothering people who might get notifications that an update has been made and there's nothing but a little seedling and me talking about my mistakes. I am keeping pretty extensive notes off line and am using my mistakes to set the guidelines for the next run which won't be until this September when the temps go back to being manageable with this kind of set up. Hopefully, there'll be some bud porn before too long.

Fuck. This is still going. So now this has become an experiment. Im going to give it 150 ppm of nutes for a week.

I started by cutting all the outside bud down. Seeing as it was close to the tent reflection from the mylar

All the tops off that were ripe and now this is how she sits. Trichs are mostly clear.


So tonight i will give her nutes. Lol what a fucking grow this has been. If she hermies, she hermies i dont care we can all learn a lesson then lol. Still lots left.

Well, shes ripened up in 4 days. Here it is 4 days later:





Although it looks good, its just a bunch of small bud that will never thicken. Im going have my buddy cut clones, then just use the rest for bubble hash.


Drying is going good. Buds are starting to get a tiny bit crispy at the tops hanging. Ive put my dehumidifier at 65 in the end cause 50 wasnt drying slow enough. Its been a fight for humidity. The earlier branches i cut that dried fast ended up having a nice fruitty fragrance. Nice, clean smoke. Made some honey oil got me bombed as well. I trimmed half of the plant with a machine,



, and the other half ill dry, hand trim just to see. I will also get you guys a weight soon. I will weight it as is then cured. Im going to make some closing notes more for myself but for others in the mistakes and problems i had.

Well shes done. And i was wrong there was a ton of bud still left.

Ok so day 6 of hanging everything went into jars. Bud was just crispy so were the stems. The racks did well. Infact they did so well I think this is how i will dry in the future. They dried evenly and slowly and i just stuck my hand in there and turned it when needed. I will see how the machine did molesting the bud. As for the hang, lost an oz to rot. Or what i beleive was the start of it anyway. Having my room flux between 65 and 60 seemed hi, but at 50 it dried too quick. 57 would have been money for future in my climate. Smell is decent right now i had a friend who doesnt smoke regularly it got him blasted and he said way cleaner than anything from the store.

THE NUMBERS AS OF NOW: Jsz i know you been dying for this lol.

11 and a half oz and some change is what i got from the plant smokable. 1 oz lost to rot/under developed

Split up:

I have an oz of absolute primo. Like tops glistening sticky as fuck.

1 oz primo
7 oz machine trimmed mixed tops
4 and a half hand trimmed



So in reality a perfect grow, pruned properly, and everything would have probs been close to a pound. I am not disappointed at all.

Man, ooooooohhhh man if i would have stayed at 500ppm MAX. Its funny, your thirst to add the max amout of nutes is the hardest thing to drive back. The SCOTTYBALLS Kiss method is more like a discipline. Stay low go slow. If your going to up nutes like 50 ppm is a big jump.


Veg/bloom for this plant


A week longer in veg scrogging, and a week shorter tucking and weaving in the stretch, i think would have pushed this to its full potential. It would have allowed for the plant to fill the screen more, while the week less stretch tuck would have grown a little higher which would have been perfect.

Pruning.

You know, i read alot about defoliation vs not. I usually research then decide. I read forums saying not too prune. alot of people saying it doesnt matter if you dont do it, the bud will develop fine. Fuck thoes people. People who say that have no idea about cannabis cultivation. Like me. Change my mind. Send them here and let them argue how this could have gone any better. The only thing i can see is my chepo leds didnt penetrate far enough and I didnt prune.

I learned how important pruning is very late in this grow.

So this plant got some attention in my home city, and i got to go and see a facility where the guy grows medicinally. I got to see and get a little tutorial and talk to the snippers. They cut the sugar leaves off at least half the cola, that way it allowes the bud to clump together in late 6 week 7.

Next time, when in scrog, i will slowly prune throughout flower.

I didn't realize that your waterfarm was actually the power grower model. You've certainly proven yourself as a power grower. Congrats on a job well done!

Did you only run 500ppms the whole way im running like 2.0 2.2 ec thats about 1400ppms to
1540ppms

No at one point i had it up to 800 ppm but the plant reacted strangely when it happened. I dunno, i sort of got a nitrogen tox, but the whole underside of the plant wasnt dark green. I wanted to get her above 1000 ppm. Just didnt like it

I use to be the same i just caine the nutes into em now.
They way we grow its easy to flush.
