Well, let's be clear. Sub is not abandoning Apollo 13 at all. The best of A13 continues on in Vortex. Thanks for the report on Vegas. I remember it in the late 70's as a blond haired teen partying with the local girls at lake Mead when Vegas was still a relatively small city. I don't go back, because I know nothing could ever top that.
I think we are going to see multiple cities that will become "havens" but they will all be on the West coast. It depends on too many things to seriously predict, I think. (Unless you're embedded deep and are a mover and shaker in political circles.) Look at the guys who run the initiatives and the legalization groups. Look at the breeders and the large players in the current market, and see where they have themselves poised and set.
