I love everything Space everyday. Right before I seen this thread I was looking at
meteorites online looking to further expand my Meteorite collection that includes rocks from the Moon, Mars,Vesta and
case samples from Mercury. There are write ups and reports on a few of my pieces on The NASA/JPL website, Smithsonian Inst., Harvard, Nat Geo etc...Just Google NWA 1195 and NWA 5406 that will bring up links to those websites describing the Rocks I own. The Martian Meteorite I have came from the world renowned Hupe Collection. Mine came personally from Adam and Greg Hupe. The Mars meteorite I have is 1 of only 26 unpaired examples to date. Here is a link to the NASA/JPL website and a Google will bring up a host of links also. A very interesting read if you will.

A few of the Meteorites I have are dated about 4.5 Billion Years Old and consist of the earliest materials that formed our Universe and Planets.
Now another very interesting must read is on the ALH 84001. Google this and I guarantee you will be fascinated to say the least!
This Meteorite is said to contain ancient Martian life in chemical compound and micro fossilized organism form. Again, an extremely fascinating
read.
Personally, I have really never gave any thought as to how our earth formed 4.5 Billion years ago
but I have a idea of how life formed here on Earth as in organisms contained in/on
Meteorites that came from Space and planets such as Mars etc.... Once these Meteorites landed,
these organisms grew with help from a combination of Earths elements. Oxygen, water,Sun etc...
