I'm in limbo.... Still yet to see roots on my cuts:( but theyre close, I can feel it!

Termites got to my unground BB(#1) last week, so I took about an 8th of bud off it after dried.. Wasn't ready, but it gets the job done. Lesson learned--don't plant near mesquite, the trees can handle termites, but not ganja.
Thats two plants they've taken from me.. No more!!

The AOS is really filling in now, and even frostier(idk how). I may actually get a 1/4 oz out of this girl.

Other than that, I got nothing happening in the gardens.

My spinach has sprouted though! Fall is here!

After 18 or 19 yrs of being the one that tilled, planted, weeded, harvested my 400 sq ft veggie garden and cooked it too I honestly don't miss it lol

It does become a lifestyle, that's kinda my goal though. To get myself to a pint where I don't rely on shipped foods. Shoot, a few years ago I even grew my own peanuts(probably should again what with all the recent peanut recalls)...
we can and dehydrate as well.. And now I've got my solar dehydrator/solar oven, I don't use the grid to power my dehydrations..
With insulation on it I can raise the temps to pasteurize and even bake breads in it!

Currently working on revamping my satellite solar cooker with mirrors.(the emergency blanket worked great, but has oxidized where the adhesive was holding it to the dish) I should have it done this week!
Then, I can use it for so many applications!

Nice that is my goal as well... I'm working on getting the money to move west & buy land first though I can't really do what I want here and I don't know how long I'll stay... but yeah I want to be off the power supply and supplying as much food for ourselves as possible... gonna try and find a job where I can work remote and do contract work instead of the office thing... it just is not me, not that i dislike where i work. It was pretty great when my wife was pregnant and they let me work at home all but 4 hours a day 3 days a week... but I couldn't convince them to let me keep doing that... and I'd make a lot more under contract.

I forget, would have to look.

So I was at books a million and there was a whole shelf full of marijuana grow books under gardening. This was in Waco Texas. I took a pic out of disbelief

So where is every one?
That is pretty weird, especially for Waco.. That place creeps me out. Never heard of books a million.. Good book store?

Lol, I once found a grow book at half price books, in clearance for a buck. I went ahead and snagged it for the bud shots :)

We don't need books a million... the hip austinites go to book people ;) would not be surprised if they had a decent selection but never checked.

Most every plug I checked today had any where from one root tip to being simply rooted through!

Even the ones I made for you sensei!

Seeing as how I just lost one to being a male and had more males than usual (65% female, usually I get 75-80%), I could use a few extras for sure and they'll probably catch up to the current seedlings quickly I'm sure... I'm getting ready to put a few lights in my upstairs room again and get a separate veg chamber going up there, so definitely will have room. I'll take as many as you wanna part with -- I won't have enough to fill up the second shelf at the moment :)

So which ones did you have for me besides Apollo? I think there was a BB..? I hope my grape apollo seedling ends up female :) Things going well in my grow room... no issues lately.. these seedlings have been just chugging along and one of my cuts that rooted just resumed active growth... did you want one of the female Ace of Spades cuts?

Speaking of the second shelf... get paid tomorrow... will probably pick up remaining supplies needed. You think you might have time to stop by one morning this weekend or you got plans?

I could do Sunday before work. I may do some four wheeling on Saturday..

Official count thus far:

Blueberry#1--- two of four showing roots outside plugs. Other two look good, may still be another few days

Blueberry#2--- three of four showing roots outside plug. Last one is perky, now worries from her.

Sparkle--- two of four roots showing, one lost, and one looking sharp.

Romulan#9--- two of four roots showing, one healthy one and a straggler left.

Romulan#7--- zero of four showing roots.

Romulan#5--- zero of four showing roots.

Only one of Sensei's has roots,(only checked one earlier, and was excited.) it was the romulan#9.
So I'll give one of each Blueberry pheno, and a C99 x G13haze(Sparkle) of what I got so far, and the other romulans(7&9) when they show.

All that have shown are potted up now into solo cups, and going back into the chamber for veg..

.

Sweeet that great cool beans owlman!

Hey sensi a heads up on those beans although it sounds like you may have already started I'll have to swing by and see but the germ rate on those for some reason is only about 60% or so. I went back through them and weeded out any that did not look perfect and I don't remember if I did that before owl got them. I think that I did.

I'll help you out with some pheno info when you get to that point.
