I've learned that I need to keep the room clean. 10% bleach wash down after I finish growing and again before I start. ( I only grow sept.- may it's just too damn hot )
The three P's: PH, PH, PH. Get a pen, don't rely on strips, they are too subjective, particularly at the top and bottom of the scale. What looks like 6.8 could easily be 9.0, and what looks like 5..5 could easily be 4.0.
