shit in my town i would have been dead because of the camera, they would have found the gun later and said "SEE GOOD THING WE SHOT HIM!"He was within his rights
Dont try this at home
You must live in the one of the majority states that have passed "no filiming cops" legislation in the last couple of yearsshit in my town i would have been dead because of the camera, they would have found the gun later and said "SEE GOOD THING WE SHOT HIM!"
We can you cant.Chicago’s Operation Virtual Shield is the most extensive video surveillance network in the United States, linking more than 3,000 surveillance cameras to a centralized monitoring system so powerful it can zoom in to read the text of a book.
Conversely, Illinois’ tough eavesdropping laws allow prosecution of citizens who film on-duty police officers as a Class 1 felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
In recent years, felony charges have been filed against a 60-year old street artist who videotaped his arrest as part of his civil disobedience; an exotic dancer who claimed that she had been sexually assaulted by police and videotaped her discussions with Internal Affairs; and two brothers who used their cell phones to record their own arrests.
All of the felony charges listed above were ultimately dropped, but only after each defendant pled guilty to lesser charges and agreed to drop countersuits related to procedural or physical abuses by police and court personnel.
I wish you better health and timesWe can you cant.
I haven't heard of this before.
Shit I should go back to watching the news to get depressed. Thanks a lot!
our cops are just super huge dicks. kids i went to high school with. they are part of the police force, yet still think they are in high school. You must live in the one of the majority states that have passed "no filiming cops" legislation in the last couple of years
Are there states that dont allow recording police officers? I thought it was that you couldnt record audio without their permission. You must live in the one of the majority states that have passed "no filiming cops" legislation in the last couple of years
I Think cops should have video tape in their cruisers that cannot be turned off and in the police stationAre there states that dont allow recording police officers? I thought it was that you couldnt record audio without their permission.
Anyway I think somebody posted a thread here a while back claiming that the ACLU had a phone app that would blank the screen ,record and stream the footage immediately to their website in case the police tried to delete the footage later .
i wouldn't of really gave a shit if those cops punched that kid in the head and stomped his camera...........somebody should ofI Think cops should have video tape in their cruisers that cannot be turned off and in the police station
most of the shit they pull would be tossed out in court if they tried to use it against you
Most cops have digital audio recorders in their pockets
But they delete the shit that would help your case
I use that video as proof you dont need a ID for everythingi wouldn't of really gave a shit if those cops punched that kid in the head and stomped his camera...........somebody should of
You would have done that if it were you? Get shot much?i wouldn't of really gave a shit if those cops punched that kid in the head and stomped his camera...........somebody should of
Simply having the gun, in his state, is not reason for a stop. Why SHOULD he provide ID?Watch what happens
