If you knew anything about robotics, you would know these aren't really robots.
Also these forms of technology are what we were designed to make. Think about fractal reiteration, sure the environment became much more fragmented but so have the thought patterns of the mass of society.

not tryin to be an asshole, but every time some new technology or facts are announced, theres always the handful of radical christians that just deny, deny deny...."it cant be real", "thats impossible"...all because their preacher and big book says so, even when the evidence is RIGHT THERE...

i mean look at the oil spill. according to Hopi prophecy, the ninth sign of the Earth renewance(armaggedon) is .."And then you will hear of the sea turning black". and the oil just keeps on coming and coming. rain of oil will fall from the sky. these plums of oil beneath the surface AND above will catch onto the oceanic current. ever heard of that? lets just say its the current that connects all oceans around the world. this is not an American disaster...its a global catastophe.

There have been oil spills, earthquakes, floods, volcanoes, etc. all throughout our past. I suppose there were people then that said that the end was near too. I think the end has been near for about as long as people could formulate the thought that the end is near... that and some magic spirit is about to return and set things right. I think I'll pass on holding my breath.
