shoot myself first, i used to ride BMX and cracked my tail bone and took hunks out of the shin they bith hurt terribly.
But the ass was worse. I'd still do the sit ups, i cant run a mile now, to lazy

Ok so its a chinese torture technique, they put a glass tube up your pee hole , your whole wang length, then they shater the tube. It cuts the fuck out of your pee hole. Imagine your salty urin going through those wounds when deciding.
