Why do you always go back to this argument? Gay doesn't mean pedophile. Most pedophiles are straight identified. Homosexuality is not deviance.It is between consenting adults.It is a sexual orientation. Pedophilia and rape are not sexual orientations- they are about power, and a sexual thrill gotten from that power.Period. If sexual orientation indicated a predisposition towards pedophilia, well, then everyone would be doing it, using that faulty logic.

Because there are reasons people don't want gays in the military above and beyond the supposed disruption it causes.Some just don't like gay people, and think they should be kept separate from others,like lepers. It implies that gay folks aren't equal,and that they should feel ashamed to live in the open. Sure, they don't have to run around yelling, "I'm gay!",but they shouldn't lose their career if they happen to mention it. Who the hell would choose this kind of trouble? If they can't help being what they are,then why should they be made to feel bad about it? Now, pretend I'm gay and whip out your dick.

No, I think it is folks like you and fdd (please no -rep or sanctions!) that create a huge controversy where one does not (for the most part) exist. i have NOT stated any personal opinion other than i feel nobody can stay focused. i can see and agree with both sides. i simply point out all the points. look how easily everyone got distracted. that is not my opinion, just a fact.
