Reviving this thread with a suggestion for you as I now have two "devices".
As I said, I have the nicotine "spray" but that doesn't agree with me so I've moved over to
for nicotine replacement. Ideal as you hold and use it like a cigarette so your subconscious mind believes it's still getting a hit from a cancer stick. Add that to the nicotine free vaping fluid, I should be able to break the cycle.
The other toy was bought in Amsterdam on Sunday (we had a night in a hotel up there, came back with more clothes than we left with, a LOT more weed than we left with, and I'm still feeling the pain from so much walking), a Boundless CFX vape. Does dry herb and comes with 2 cans for wax/concentrate, the bowl can hold 0.75g and you can control the temperature to the degree. You can also use it when charging, and the difference compared to the g-Pen Elite is like night and day, had this thing up to 205°C with no harshness (obviously depends on the quality of your weed).
It's not the cheapest, but at half the price of a Mighty, it is here in Benelux anyway, with a good battery life, etc, it's worth looking at. Or spend a little less on the CF, which has preset temperatures, you'll still get a good, relaxing, enjoyable high alongside all these lovely flavours you lose by burning.
That's going to be my best shot at getting off the tobacco and burning stuff before my annual heart check up in September (the joys of old fat bastard diabetes), might be worth you looking in a similar direction to break the tobacco cycle.
And, of course, breaking the tobacco cycle is a serious achievement for most people, nicotine is one of the hardest things to get off of, so think what being able to do that will do to your self-confidence and therefore anxiety levels. An all around benefit, but you concentrate on ONE "problem" at a time, tobacco first because that is a bastard, instead of trying to work everything at once. Once you start eliminating individual issues, it becomes easier to deal with the ones left, to control them, to actually use them to your advantage. But always one thing at a time, then the rest will fall into place naturally.
