Todat i got caught by the cops and they gave me my weed back

Today me and my frinds where smoking in a car in a church parking lot becuse we have the churches permision to smoke there (long story) by the way i live right on the south shore of montreal in canada and then we see a cop car pass in front of us so we decided to leave so we smoked a joint and all kinds of hash like this https://www.rollitup.org/general-marijuana-growing/173668-way-i-smoke-hash-quebec.html so i have a skate bord on my lap with the hash on it and then we see the cops again in back of us and they pull us over so my first reaction is to tie my seatbelt and throw the hash on the floor and put the rest in my boxers but i forgot my 10g of weed in the door handle (on the inside of the car) so then the police walk up to the car and says it rely smells like weed here and he looks near my feet and see the bottle full of smoke and the lit cigarette on the floor and i still had some hash on the skatebord that was still on my lap along with the pack of cigs and takes our id and asks usto step out and asks if there more weed in the car my friend shoes a bag with 3.5g so then the officer says put it back and then starts to search the car he finds a big bag of illegal fireworks and says dont do does in the middle of the streat and he looks everywhere but dosnt see the 10g that are in plain view then he asks un to get in the back of his car and asks us where we baught it and if we didnt tell them 2 of un where going to get a record and my othe friend since he was a minor wasnt goin to get anything so we told them a name of a guy who crossed us over a few weeks back and they said ok and let us leave with all our weed and everything he gust told us not to smoke so obviously like we did

Oh wow, calm down guys. Police over here (In Quebec that is) don't seem to really care about weed unless you have a huge amount of it. About the church thing, I have no idea how that could happen but who knows. I'm pretty sure half of the police around here would confiscate the weed and smoke it themselves.

You never rat. I got hit with possession and I met with the narcs, They wanted me to give up all my contacts. I said hell no and took the bunk court fee. Cops sometimes would just confiscate the weed and smoke it themselves. Doubt they could have really done anything to you, besides community service. Thats what I got, I was 18 and with a clean record. thank you expungement.

well i was with some friends when i was about 16 so a few years ago and we were at a party at the bridge, kegs, girls, weed, just a usuall weekend thing down there and the ag. cops show up, they are the cops who check out ag fields and nurseries and shit like that. well we were already 1/2 way down the dirt road which is about a mile and the cops were waiting. so they yell pull over with guns drawn cuz we were shooting our guns. so we have to get out of the truck and there were 4 of us which were going to another party we heard was bumpin. so they ask us to search the car and i siad no so he looks through the window and sees the shotgun that wasnt all the way under the seat thanx to some dumb bitch who kicked it out. so they said they have probable cause and search the truck well what do you think i had under the seat?? 1 1/2 oz of some widow i got for a steal lol and they put me in cuffs and were takin me to the back of the car when another cop shows up and looks at me and yells hay what did he do this time!!! well i knew who he was lol =) my uncles best friend and he was midnight shift leader lol so they tell him, he takes me out the back of the car, he takes the cuffs off me, hands me the bag and smacks me on the back of the head and said get the fuck home. he said if any paperwork or call in would of went in before he got there i would of been fucked. so i got in the truck and went to the next party and got high as fuck then went back home with the dumb bitch who got us caught lmao. what a night. and thats a true unbelievable story there .
