She won’t even come downstairs to the basement…….. let alone take a look into the room. “You”re getting sleepy”…….lolHahaha.shes gonna complain till the day you stop lol..id seriously start thinking of getting her hipnotised and everytime she smells the girls she comments how lovely they are.
How many grams per square meter do you consider a high yielding strain?"Just for the naysayers and unbelievers you should get the measuring tape out lol, just incase you hit 3 1/2 p per light."
You mean again........lol
I've been able to get 3+ lbs per LED every grow but the last one by packing the room, topping the plants, defoliating heavily and only growing heavy yielding strains. I did not top or defoliate the last grow, as I ran a test just to see what would happen. Well, 20% LESS YIELD is what the results were.
So, never again. I got this down pat, no need to experiment anymore.
Nice ...I will check them all out for sure...with experience like that we would all be bound to find good info✓.But I've perfected a style that works for me........I'll top these in a few weeks to bush them out, then defoliate the shit out of everything when I switch to flowering to allow deep light penetration. I've detailed my method in most of the grows but there's a 68 page grow diary I did on the Farm that is the most complete grow you'll ever see.....search "sshz and orange gasm" on google to find it. I think there's about 65,000 views on that sucker now.......
I would say 700grams per square meter is a high yielding strainI don't approach it that way..... so I can't answer you. I'm at about 2.3 GPW in most of my grows, that's the way I measure it. In two 4 X 4 sq. ft spaces, I'm averaging 103 oz total per grow over 7 grows under these Gavita LED's. I used to get around 65-70 oz under 2 HPS in the same space. I generally read the breeders descriptions, than follow up with any grow diaries I can find on the strain. Past that, I tend to stick with a few breeders I know breed for yield and stay away from others that don't. I'm commercial, so yield first, quality second. I know I'm doing it right when a certain % of people give me shit and say I lying, cause they can't get near my numbers. LOL
My 1st six grows under the LED's can all be found over at the Farm, with details grow logs start to finish. I'm in my 37th year of growing, some on a smaller scale and other grows up to 800+ plants. I also ran an 850 acre organic farm among others things so I tend to have more experience than most of you. I started hydroponically back when, now I tend to keep things as simple as possible i.e. Pro-Mix, extra perlite and Botanicare Pure Blend Pro ferts and Cal/Mag and that's about it.
