how big is your cupboard?
the LED floodlight won't do much as it might be in a useless spectrum for plant growth, and those have very few LEDs with reflectors anyways.
With CFL lights you need to aim for about 440 real watts per square meter on the lower end to avoid too much stretchiness. You are at 240 total watts and I don't know the size of your space. if you have less they'll stretch like you see, the buds won't be solid nugs, more on the fluffy side but if you feed it right and what not you'll still get good smoke....
