Hmm, do me a favor, go find that statute in the AMMA or within AZDHS's site and copy it here, ive read over every inch of prop 203, AZDHS rules etc. several times and this is the FIRST time I have seen anyone take that interpretation from it. As far as seeds coming from Arizona, once you have the seed, clone, meds, etc in your hand as long as you have a card at that point it matters not where it came from, at least in court anyways. Doesn't matter what LEO's and court officials "think" it only matters what they can "prove". A patient from California could have brought it to you, which is 100% legal on a state level (don't bother to point out the obvious that crossing state lines violates fed jurisdiction because duh, the whole MMJ movement does)
lets all take a deep breath(hopefully full of pot smoke) and relax. to be honest i personally dont care for azcs and how they operate, but they are providing a necessary service for many patients in AZ. sometimes we as growers dont realize that not everyone has the time, resources, effort, knowledge or interest to grow their own medicine. i personally love growing and do not understand when patients dont grow their own, but that is their decision. so long as AZCS does not impede upon my cultivation rights, why should i have a problem with them. frankly if you look at it objectively they add a lot to the industry in AZ. there are all levels of patients some need assistance and others are 100% independent like myself. if there was no need for azcs to provide what it does then they would have shut down a long time ago. now i dont know if they are truely about their members or about the money, but there is nothing forcing people to join them and there are many alternatives.
on another note it seems that they are somewhat sensitive to the grumblings from the community and they are doing something positive with this toy drive. even if it is a publicity stunt, so fucking what, poor kids will get toys when they otherwise wouldnt and patients will get clones or medicine, and azcs is gonna foot the bill for the whole thing. so its not like this is free for them.
Cannabis users have always been a very diverse group and because of this we have always squabbled amongst ourselves. we must not forget that there is a greater enemy lurking waiting to shut us all down as soon as they can. we need community awareness now more than ever to start forming public opinion and dispelling the propaganda put out by the anti mmj lobby. lets stop this childish bullshit and start fostering a community where we can stand together on the issues and protect the program which makes us all on the same team.

if someone wants to donate a toy to PCH toy drive and I feel like donating them a gram or two or some clones, there is NO EXCHANGE AS I DO NOT RECEIVE THE TOYS, PCH does. I have no "gain" only a "loss" or "charitable giving" in our case gets counted at the end of the quarter.
The LAW as you put it has been into our locations as have the Fed Marshals (unrelated), no problems and no worries, in fact I can happily put you in touch with the acting lieutenant for the local PD so you can address your concerns to him if you'd like.

With that being said. I wonder when Bill and the gang will help this 'community' have a fair mmj law? I do not on azcs or Allan Sobol or any other club for that matter. I am just saying it's hard to ask solidarity from everyone when the current law promotes inequity. I would sooner spend all my hard money @ azcs if I knew for a fact that they were doing everything possible to help repeal the 25 mile rule. The only thing you will get out of them is a "good luck"; no commitment to help correct this fatal legal flaw, no leadership in the community, just a smile from a bud tender while he packages up your 1/8th. I have sat back in the audience and listened for Allan Sobols and Bill's call for unity in the mmj community. All I got to say is that it's easier for people to stand behind someone when the people know that someone is standing up for them. You want to be the leaders? Man up and do what's right instead of what's profitable and help repeal the 25 mile rule, please.

I believe if your followers continue to DEFEND AZCS in the manner in which they do you and your followers will come to an end... Word of mouth is the single thing an organization can not buy... So if you are a wise business man you would reason with the patients that are talking SHIT... Maybe find out why folks do not like AZCS... And address the problems like a business professional.

Knowing a Deputy sheriff does not mean SHIT to me... Does NOT mean they know the laws nor does it mean they follow them...
