Transplanted into 2 Gallon Smart Pots. How much water should I use to Feed !

I just planted my Seedlings into 2 Gallon smart Pots. I need to know how much water should I use with these ? Or should I just use my Intuition ? :-o
Let me know what you think. I've googled and search websites. I've found out bout everyone of the pots but the 2 gallon ones.:wall:

It doesn't matter how big the pots are, when you water you water thoroughly until maybe about 10% runoff water comes out the bottom.
