Probably. Hell with that though.
I hear that. When we had enough children, we just made sure we didn't make mistakes. It's easier in your 30's and 40's than it is when you're 16.

A guy who had a vasectomy told me how, after the Dr. snipped a side, he lost control of the grip, lost what he was holding on to, and had to fish and dig it out with forceps for 10 minutes. No thank you.

Urology had a special room in the surgery suite. They aren't really surgeons, real surgeons use clamps :) clamps never lose their grip and are incredibly easy to find when dropped.

I actually have a great urologist. He has a newpaper article on the wall about himself from 1977 doing a reverse vasectomy for a couple who lost a child. It was a big deal back then.
He also did a coca cola kidney stone correlation study that resulted in a notable medical journal article.

And he hates medical insurance company CEO's and calls them 'profiteering hacks'. Among other more colorful names. He's a knowledgable old Dr.

Ole lady just had her tubes tied after the last one.

We never did use birth control. We figured her ovulation and just avoided it that way. I know people say its not as reliable but it worked for us.

I had a family dr like that. It was sad when he retired.
