True leaf of seedling fell off, will it survive?

No cat but ive noticed that there are some rats upstairs, i kept the plant near a window upstairs. Should i keep it in direct sunlight now?

I accidentally made mine fall off just a couple of minutes ago when i was trying to get soil off it, and it just came off, i'm so frustrated right now 
I hope it grows back, these plants are so fragile i already killed off like 4 or 5 so far from the white spores and overwatering so infuriating!!!

It should grow, if it only lost a leaf.
Need more air flow for mold issue.
Stop watering , wait for soil to dry before giving more water.
Need to Learn what a plants basic needs are in order for you to grow healthy plants.

I was originally planning to transplant her to a kratky system, and I did so, gave her plain water for several days and then I gave her nutrients today, she’s recovering and has been growing rapidly since i gave her nutes..
