He is one of the most successfull businessmen in the World, and so therefore, CAN we (you, anyway...I know I can) assume that he is a fairly savvy CEO of upper managment? He has to have people who may not like him, but who he will be able to manage, who know more of the in's and out's of the beltway than himself. A true manager realizes that he needs people who have more expierience in handling certain tasks than he. It is called delegating authority....and if they don't operate within the realm of giving the power of the Govm't back to the people, where it FIRMLY belongs, the he WILL deal with them or get rid of them...
