Trying to do too much

I am still learning as well. I am trying not to pick in too much detail because there are far more qualified growers to give advice. And I mean I did 9 plants in 300 watts last grow, and am sticking with 200 watts this grow. Other than that we grow similarly :) Yes I think you have too much light. I think having about twice the light for finishing than in veg is good. I just can't imagine a 1000 watt plant. Or 1000 watts in a closet at least. That is some serious equipment.
I think you should water whenever is convenient. It isn't like hydro which I know nothing about. What I have seen is that it essentially doesn't matter what time you water in soil. Unless you spray them with tea or something you wouldn't want to burn them in direct light.
Anyways you learn so much the first grow on a set up, never let it discourage you. Plus you didn't waste your money on beans and when you order them you will know more about what type of plant attributes would fit your set up and grow style. I was nervous about it too but there are some reputable seed companies just check the reviews. It is really nice to know what you are growing. So many good options.

Sorry. Do you have a inline fan setup to suck the hot air out and pull cold in? It looks like the temp needs to go down a bit. And if you can keep the humidity between 40%-50%
Yes I have the inline fan
The temps have stayed prettysteady at 83-84 since pitting some a.c. in the room
The humidity istodays quest
Figuring how to regulate that
Last I checked this am before work
The rh was under 50%
Light goes offfeom 3 on till9 pm

I used the water meteebefore work and it saiddry so i gave a littleunder1 gal of ph tap water that sat overnight to get some chlorine gone
Going to check it again when works over

60% is acceptable everywhere I look for vegging, do you have a source? I think this guy is just trolling.
Also may serve you well to try to get a temp reading at the canopy with the light on if you haven't. Is the heat uncomfortable on your arm when you hold it at canopy level? Additional AC will drop the humidity as well. Good luck.

Temps at 79 for an hour and a half
Rh is 63%
Need a dehumidifier
So my temps during the actual day ( my night for the plant) are hotter than when my light is on
I'm gonna be running the fan and AC both 24\7 to see if i can get them down

Acceptable for vegging yes but so would 40-50% and then when he goes into bud he wouldn't have to worry about budrot and mildew. Wouldn't you rather be prepared to flip rather than scramble to fix it afterwords.

A/c will definitely help more moisture can be held in the air at 85°f than in the mid 70s

The lights been on for 3 hours now
I hung my cheapo thermometer from a string right around the top of the canopy
Like had it setting on the branches .
So far my temps at night ( daytime for my plant) are pretty steady at 86 at the canopy.
I'd like it a little cooler and think this ducting I ordered will help.
As of right meow I have my fan hooked up drawing air thru my hood
Where it should be connected to ducting (I ran out cause I messed up and had it backwards/) then my filter up higher on the room pulling in more hot air.
As of right now the one side of the light is just wide open.
So it's pulling in a lot of my cool air from the AC
This should lower my.temps into the happy range
I'm in the market for a dehumidifier as well
Like you said
I really don't want to be fighting those high humidity levels during flowering.

Post script.
The high of 89 was from me taking it out of another room in my house
Within minutes of it being in the canopy it maintained 85-86 and still has been

Sounds like youll have it figured out in no time. The most important part of a grow room is environmental control. Once you have that its just a matter of changing it accordingly to what your plant wants and its easy to tell when its getting everything it wants. My plants will drink 2x the normal amount of water when everything is just right.

If it were me since it it still relatively a small plant width wise i would lift your light about 8 inches to allow the current foiliage to strech up, and then low stress train them back down and lower the light back down. The reason why is it looks mainly indica with those fatty leaves and if you allow the branches to stretch a little it will let more light to the bottom of the plant and make the lower branches that are blocked by the leaves to stretch up to the top of the canopy instead of being stuck at the bottom

I thought so as well
I untied it the other day to let it grow up some more cause I want to put it under a screen.
Then I realised it would do better if I kept it tied down in specific places
Well I split my stalk I'm half
About an inch down from the spot where my top splits into 2.
Used some twist ties to tie it together
Should be fine but im salty my fingers slipped .
Waiting on the ol lady to wake up so I don't have the 1 K shining in her sleepy eyes lol

That thing is going to be a monster, will be nice to see the results. I don't think I seen a photo of the whole set up I would have thought you would have height or space issues with that light. It is looking healthy. New growth looks perky. Good luck.

I cant take a pic of the closet without basically stepping out of the room with light pulled to top I have a maximum 6 ft grow height which I never plan on reaching.
I can raise the light 4 feet above Where it is currently without these hooks I'm installing
I put pics in some earlier posts of the ventilation and lights well beat i could

Going to take a pic of as much of the closet in one shot as I can

Have my temps under control
My Rh for today looked ok
Going to veg for a few more weeks and then flip

My net was entirely too big
So I cut it in half
Then off centered one half on the other half and have spent the last 2 hours towing twist ties on each square to make one net but halved the size of the squares.
Has been a task lol

I gave it nutes today
1 gallon
But I had zero runoff ?
Does that mean i need to give it more later tonight after work?
I took a 2 liter bottle and ran a clean washing machine hose from it so now i can easily water the whole plant without moving it at all
Im not to experienced in soil but i would most likely say that if you think the soil at the bottom of the pot has moisture then leave it. The water will slowly go to the bottom maybe next time you water use slightly more though.
Plants are looking great. And those temps look much better.

I like to help when I can but I wouldn't want to give you bad info. I always water to runoff. My 7 solo cups are up to half gallon a day.
That is funny I know a guy that was trying to give away some auto freebies from Seedsman, couldn't find anyone that wanted them. Too bad couldn't get them there somehow.
