I have an ATP so I could go with the black market, but decided to go with the MMRP first (and don't have a hook up with the black market) so to me when I find an LP that does it right I'm sticking with them, I have no issues with dropping one if they start with irradiated MMJ and waiting to sign up with another as it's been years and years of total pain everyday... so whats a few more days.... worse case scenario because I have my valid ATP I could rightly get black market weed and still be legal (one thing with black market weed is you never know what your going to get, could help ... might not b
This is such classic I'm the boss, do what I say, you do have one thing right that is you can,t grow 150,000 sq feet of plant indoors, the only way would be to move the whole industry to BC outdoor bud, that said you can get so amazing results from a Personal Garden, also I have seen pics of the veg room, they are using T5's florecents mounted in the celing, they need to be inches away from the Plant mine are on chains so I have full control of exposure, for ever 2" away from the plant you loss 6000 Lumenas thats almost a quarter of the spectrum, I use 3 of them @ 400 watts each in a 50" X 50" X 76" Tent and I can grow 9 plants to muturity. What it comes down to is integrity. In my work place, coaching is huge. The people who listen to me and do what i say, have good end results because im the guy who sets the standards. the ones who don't carry the weight and affect our end product don't make it. that's what im getting at. The master grower can tell them whatever he wants, but if his employee's don't respect him and act like unprofessional stoners, then the product won't be proper. You're right, this seems to be the issue, you see the product and have to ask, who's in charge here? But if the right people are directing and making sure employees are in their place, doing exactly what they should/were told then none of the lp's should have problems. Think of it as a factory, as long as all the components line up and people work together, then everything goes smoothly. ALSO, the growers need to know what they're doing. And with working for an LP, will come more experience. But the reality of it is....most people have never grown on such a large scale like tweed is doing. MASTER GROWERS NEED TO STEP UP, OWN THEIR POSITIONS AND SHARE THEIR KNOWLEDGE WITH THE NEWER EMPLOYEES.
