I'm a pretty nooby grower & I started noticing my plants sometimes twist upwards after feeding. The twisting goes down after a few hours, but it does look odd. Is this normal? This is in a 1 gallon FFOF being fed RO water

You may want to raise the pots out of the run off so air flow can help dry out the pots/bags evenly.
Even if you drain the tray(s) the bottoms will stay wet far longer then the rest of the container.
You may also have some n toxicity starting too...leaves clawing.
Best of luck and happy growin'
Looks like some of the lower branches are drooping. Maybe over feeding... leading to over saturated medium? The medium in pic 1 before feed looked rather damp already.

I've been letting the pot get bone dry before feeding. The "before" pic was actually taken immediately after feeding & the after pic was taken 20 minutes later
