dude, you are going to be disappointed by this grow if you don't provide the minimum requirements of the plant in regards to light, nutrition, proper light and cycles, etc...

if you are looking for an inexpensive hobby, try collecting rocks. you don't need any light to keep them healthy. :-)

try flowering and let us know how it goes. that would be cool if it actually did. maybe you could do a sea of green without needing to clone, starting from seeds. that might be an interesting experiment to do.

Hey O'RLY,
Just wondering is the 40 watt CFL of the cool white kind? as I have just set up a small grow space and have got the cool white for growth and have some of the Warm white kind for vegging , also approx what size is your grow area?

I believe all of mine are cool white. Grow area is like 8 x 3 1/2 though I don't use all of the space

Still been on the 12/12 cycle. Camera sucks and didn't turn out like I had hoped but it has signs of being a female. The hairs are about 1/8-1/4" long and no balls:) The top however is starting to droop over
