Unsure what to try to save my girls, pls help guys

Hi all, thanks for taking the time to stop by and hopefully provide some advice which i urgently needs..
Will try and keep it short as possible but basically do i cut down my girls and start again (which in no way i wish too do) or try and salvage something, apart from the cost and time aspects my auntie relies on me due to medical issues so its important i retrieve/recoup anything, on the other side i would rather start again than face this same issue again ........ FOX TAILING ...
See pic, what do you guys think? Can i save them or do i chop and start again?
or take corrective action (if that's possible)
NFT table,
35 days in flower,
6 x Candi kush
6 x Tangi dream
I had the same issue with last crop, so kinds bumbed out and mega deflated right now to be honest.
I reduced N by 50% or more this time round
Ph is 6.0 ave but can swing crazy at times, i monitor it regularly
E.c now is 0.8/ 1.0, i think less is more
Water temp can be as low as 50f but more 60f regularly
Well water
Room temp 78f/82f, night time 65f/68f
Started pk13/14 this week, 1/3 strength
There mothers fox tailed on me so could this be genetics things or me completely messing up AGAIN,
Is it possible to continue and perhaps remove the new growth and hit them with a crazy high PK number and see would that have an effect.
Im stuck guy's, do i pop to the store and buy some new seeds and just start again, welcome any advice or guidance.
Thanks for stopping by and taking the time to help out

Absolutely this^^^^^ if everything environment wise is dialed in...more than likely genetics..heat and nitrogen are #1 culprits, but you say they are under control.
Try dropping lights on temps by 2 degrees if you like for late flowering.
It will not affect potency at all if allowed to finish out properly.
Good luck.

A little fox tailing isn't the worst thing at all. Looks pretty good to me, finish it out. the couple times I ran into fox tail i think it was from light stress, maybe raise the light a touch? Some strains just tend to fox tail also, if the mother did the same might just be genetics. I wouldn't mess with your feed too much, could cause other issues.

Thanks guys, i welcome the good advice and positive outlook, i really do.
There mother's went crazy, tailing plus reached 2m tall. Had major issue with N, plus heat/light stress due to there size and 75f breeze over them at nights, which i believe are the 3 biggest factors to fox tailing and therefore made sure i eliminated those factors thus time round,
Last crop was disappointing on all fronts, smell, flavour, appearance and potency, to which point i would rather start again, take them down and start fresh.
May even consider going back to buckets,

I'm a soil grower, and always will be.
Good luck.

Is there a chance my waters temps are the cause, its generally freezing due to location and well source, can drop to 50f and usually not much above that.
Have a big white root mass growing daily in the reservoir

Why would you cut them down and start over? Finish them out and harvest some decent bud.

And removing the new growth and feeding them a crazy high P/K will just cause more significant problems than some foxtailing.

Are those pictures of the Tangie Dream? If so that's a sativa dominant strain and that bud structure would be perfectly normal. I don't see any crazy foxtailing going on. Definitely worth finishing out. I really don't understand what the problem is.

Due to earlier results from previous grow, suggests to me the quality with be diminished enough to made it not worth the time and effort to see it through.. it has knocked me for 6,
There firmness is starting to weaken and losing there shape and smell also

They look worth finishing to me. A little foxtailing can be normal (in the genetics). Those look like healthy, frosty flowers that I would see through, especially at this point. I don't see any signs of excess nitrogen such as leaf curling or leaf tips burning so I'm not leaning to that being an issue. Looks like you're doing well.

Was starting to form that opinion, thanks everyone and Bob.
Can i stop the tailing? or will it take its course regardless of what i try

Doesn't appear your grow conditions are causing it...your plants overall are looking good, I do not see how you can stop it. The fact that it is genetic means it would have done it regardless of your growing conditions. If you Google foxtailing, you will see some awful examples of stressed plants and highly stacked calyces, which yours do not look like...if I had those plants I would have no problem finishing them out.

Hard to see what the colas really look like in structure because of the lights off, flash on show-off photos. I just don't see the foxtailing from those photos, and I've grown sativa strains that were basically composed of foxtailed calyxes making up every bud. It was damn great smoke though and white with trichomes.

In any case, foxtailing on the upper most buds due to heat or light stress is bad. Foxtailing for any other reason is genetics and something we live with for certain strains. More info: https://www.growweedeasy.com/foxtails

Thank you for the link Northwood and everyone else who contributed,
The advise as always is positive and got to keep going as you guys suggested,
Going to let them finish out and see if i can recoup any potential smoke for auntie and I.
Plan to up the feed regime, starting hitting them with high EC numbers in the hope i can firm up the buds and stop them for running to much ...
Will update with developments as they accur,
