It has been cool also to grow the Indica and Sativa's together.

Everything filled in really well

well this is my second attempt at growing to cut out the middle man... first attempt ended due to having to leave for too long and the plants dying. I would have posted pics a lot sooner than the stage they are at now, but I honestly have been a little too busy. These are about 3 weeks into flowering. this first set of pics are of a Northern Brights strand and i have no idea what the second set are... lol had a bunch of different seeds that ended up in the same baggy, so it will be a nice surprise. I know the top of the second plant looks a lil fucked up and that is due to the lights falling down on it while i was at work. I trimmed the singed tips off and it has sprung back nicely.

Downon wax, your garden is lookin great man, the sativas are fillin in nicely. Mine finally started putting on some weight the last couple weeks too.

First grow for us . 4 1/2 weeks .

Thanks . My partner thinks we might be vegging too long . But we have limited head room and I want short Fat Bushes to maximise our yield as we are only running 1 light . We have been LSTing them , but now we are gonna let them grow tall . Hopefully budding in 2 weeks . That would be 6 -7 weeks of veg . You think thats good ? Or too much time ?

Its tough to say, it depends on the genetics, and the room you have to work with.

My current grow the plants had about 2 months of veg time. I just harvested my WW and it was just over 3oz dried, but it was also about 12 inchs away from a 1000w light. I'm not sure what your set up is like, but if I was only running one light, and had limited head room, I'd prolly SCROG them or LST them to keep them low. Once they start to put some buds on, you can trim out any lower growth that isn't getting light. I think most people do this twice, in weeks 2 and weeks 4 of flowering. On my plants when I did this, it made a noticable differance in the amount of bud growth in the main colas. I trimmed out all the lower popcorn bud growth, and made butter out of them. It was dank.

Your plants look fairly indica dominant, if you've got the room, I'd say let them veg another 2 weeks, and then flower them bitchs. You should have some nice bushs. I'd leave them tied up I think. Then like I said a couple weeks in, trim out anything that is just using energy, and let the energy go to the buds. I wish on mine I had had better bud supports though, they are all leaning over from the wieght. I've got them supported on each other pretty well. I had wanted to put a scrog net over them, but needed to be able to move them quickly, so I didn't. I think if I had the net the buds would be even bigger since the plants wouldn't be using energy to hold them selves up. The bud could just lean against the net and let more energy go to bud production. Well thats just my 2 cents though, its how I am doing it, and would do things better. Peace man! TC

I just tried this. I had to paste into a word doc for them to be "paste-able"
Then it shows up as the location where the image is on my hard drive instead of an image...any clue for the non computer savvy?
