This should be used to build a smear campaign against doctors. How thrilled are the taxpayers going to be when grandma's hip replacement is delayed further due to health care dollars being used to harass mmj patients? Increasing renewals to every three months for something that is widely available and will soon be legal for recreational use is just a blatant attack on the taxpayer.
