thats what my wife thought at first, but i didnt kill it b/c i hadnt decided if i wanted any pollen off of it or not yet... as far as the gf, she knew it was a male and also knew where the females were, so she would've taken a fem

It all depends. if it a cool cop they wont give a shit and walk away. but if its a normal cop then your get arrested and fined. that about it now if its on a larger scale thenn its a different story
