No one has said that they are. Time for you to realize that is a non-issue.
It is the poor Mexicans coming from these villages to America in abundance who do see it as very fitting and natural to be attracted to a 12 year old girl, or any girl who shows signs of "maturity."
Saying NO to them in these villages is literally laughed at.
In America, we call that rape.
Not one single child, or woman, should be raped in this country because of illegal immigration not being enforced. NOT ONE.
