On days i dont feel like being shot at i tend to not attempt illegal activities like crossing international borders without the adequate paperwork having been processed and i do my best not to assault anyone carrying a firearm , its worked well for me thus far.

...I was asking the people posting in the thread what the point of it - the thread - was?

Seems like we all agree illegal immigration is a problem.

Then I commented on how it's pretty clear by some of the posts that that's all this whole thread has become - an arguing match. It started when Babs joined the conversation. You can go back and check for yourself, right on top of page 20. Just like it always does in this country when people get together and talk about opposing opinions. I'm convinced it's impossible to discuss shit rationally and with a sensible frame of mind because the issues are all intertwined with emotions and for some people they can't help but come to conclusions based on emotions.

Did you see what I did? A few posts back? I didn't insult or offend anyone at all with the post I made trying to figure out actual solutions to the issues instead of bitching and bitching and bitching some more about the problems we all already agree on! But look what happened with the post that addressed it. More bitching. More moaning. More whining. More crying. No cooperation, no suggestions, nothing. Just a completely opposing view full of hostility and arrogance.

Fail.

Just like this whole fuckin' thread.

But hey... that's just my opinion.

either way the verdict is in-

obama is going to sue arizona, it will be interesting to see the supreme courts decision on it, if the law falls, mexico will be empty, except for outlaws, and all it would take for them would be a few enterprising americans

More people on this thread wished to go on tangent after tangent about how any against illegal immigration were "racist".....but God forbid they absorb a fact or two along the way "why" it is a problem that musn't be continued to be overlooked.

What kind of solution is it for the president of the USA to "sue" Arizona for rightfully attempting to even begin to address what BOTH adminstrations have been promising for years to finally assert.
We're talking about a man who bowed to the king of Saudi.....bad move.
