My advice is that you have answered allot of your own questions. You need meds and want to keep growing. However you have "cheaped out" on a very essential component. The carbon scrubber! If you plan on continuing your grow, you need to invest in a carbon scrubber and fan bigger than what you need. Especially with people coming over like social workers and such. You dont have the option to grow without one. So fork over the cash and get it in there asap. As for the wife, and stoner dude that claim they cant smell it that is because you are all accustomed to the smell or used to it. Any stranger is gonna now whats up. Get the carbon scrubber, keep using the ona as supplemental, and consider a muffler or a fan speed controller to make it nice and quiet! Stealth, and no smell will be the key to your sucess!

are the box type silencers worth the trouble to build??? and im noticing a ton of noise coming from the filter part. so does this mean i need to put some insulated ducting from the filter to the fan, and from the fan out??? does that make since. and where is the cheepest place to bye it at... i think im going to end up running that to a basement window. and venting it out there, but can i use the insulated venting in just the room it self then change to regular duckting after it exits the grow room.. i also am planing to pipe in some fresh air from the out side via the same method... because now im having heat issues ,, nothing huge but 80 deg. is topping it out for me..
