LOL I was so worried about the Haze taste I forgot my update for the grow. I made another full post about it so This is copied and pasted from the post because Im just too tired to type it all again.
I was woke up Monday at 4 AM by pounding on my apartment door. My fisr thought was "shit, im busted; I cant believe this shit."
As soon as I put my foot on the floor I noticed it was kinda wet. By the time I woke up enough to walk and open the door I realized what the knocking was about. Our apartment was flooding.
By the time I got to the door and talked w/ my neighbor we has about 1 inch of water on the floor. he pointed down the common hallway and we noticed water rushing in, not trickling; rushing.
After I woke up my wife and told her to get the kids out of the house I ran into the grow room and unplugged everything. By then the water was 5 inches deep and rising quickly.
My veg cabinet was all good, the plants are all up higher. My supplies were all in the bottom.
My closet for flowering was a different story. All the small plants in small pots were tipped over and in the water already. My bigger plants in 3 and 5 gallon pots were not flooded yet. I chopped all my flowering plants
I disassembled my entire grow in less than 15 minutes in flood water and bagged up all the plants I chopped. All the vegging plants got put in the garage w/ the garbage bag of flowering plants that didnt get flooded. I had enough time to grab our TV, computer, safe and most of out clothes. All my grow stuff was out first out of fear of the landlord, firefighters, police or electric company people being there soon.
By the time I got that stuff out, all of our furniture, some of our clothes and all our food were lost to the water.
So i got to save a clone of each strain I had going and a few vegging plants.. My chopped plants wont yield much I only had a couple that were mature enough to be good.
My perpetual system and cycle are completely up in smoke. Anyone that grows perpetual knows it takes a while to get to the point of perpetual harvest and I was just finally at that point.
LOL you'd be surprised how fast you can take a pretty nice grow-op apart when you absolutely have no choice.
So sorry guys just as things were really taking shape and getting interesting it's a major setback. I promise this though, I WILL be continuing. Im in a new place and starting to setup already. My clones and vegging plants survived the flood. All is not lost and my grow WILL be perpetual again. Thanks for the compliments on my grow from you all. After this shit, the comments are much appreciated.
