i dunno about RH, but my temps have gone down.. and according to what the plants are doing the RH is fine.. temps run low 70s to 80s later in the 'day'

i think you mean how long do i let the buds go.. i try to get maximum cloudy trich heads, generally 10-20% amber 60-70% cloudy and the rest clear
