On that topic, a lot of people think fems are lower quality.. well I just think that they had bad luck on their phenos..
Can you guys suggest some good breeders that do fems?
you forgot to subtract 20 grams for stems that you left on proper trimming you shouldnt see no stems and from what i am seeing is small bud 2" stem then another small bud cut all the stem off and place a container on scale zero it out and place only buds like it suppose to be i bet you got easy 1 oz of stems there anyways good grow time to work on your trimming skills

I couldn't careless if VO loses 5 grams or 20 to stem weight but coming into someone's thread and posting shit like this is pointless. The funny part about this is I bet "lighting" is someone who has another account here or at least used to and just wants to come start fights in someone thread under a different name. This sounds personal more so than constructive...

I will give "lighting" that his definitely looks danker and more healthy. He was just trying to give the pup some advice. And I will give VO that his nug/s was big for the lighting, but it was torched from heat stress and looked more like middy's.
IMO if you can't grow in optimal temps and enviro's then your not getting the plant to produce at it fullest, and your plant will never get as good as it's potential had you had everything dialed in. Yield is nice, but quality is more important.
On another note VO, I don't grow fems, but everything I've seen from emerald triangle looks real good. If it were me and fems were the only choice I had to get ET would prolly be where I'd start.

I don't mean to chime in bud I don't see how that is a rude post. If you want to add fake weight with stems to make you feel better, more power to ya.
Anyways, nice grow VO. I followed it most the way. They really blew up big around 5 weeks in I was amazed.
I got a question though, I see you talk about making BHO right after trimming your buds. Do you dry the leaf or anything? I been making BHO but I usually wait a few days for the leaf to dry before I start. Do you do anything to dry it, or ??

I ran some wet trim.. and it didn't yield everything. So basically one day minimum dry for trim.

Drying/curing does continue THC maturation, but on a matter basis nothing increases.
I just find it unnecessary to criticize someones trimming abilities in their own thread while also "correcting" their harvest weight based on a guess about stem quantity. What's the point? It wasn't constructive in anyway and its not like VO is in a contest about harvest weight so who cares.

I agree with sadie but i dont get too worked up about it, if vo didnt like it he would just delete it lol. But ya, very rude to go into a mods post and bash what he does, exp when its just a single closet grow...
